How to Reset my Happy Dog account and cPanel/FTP Passwords

You can reset your Happy Dog account password by logging into your account, then from the My Account menu (at the top right) click My Profile, then choose Change Password from the left menu.

To change your cPanel/FTP login by clicking My Account again (at the top right), then choose My Hosting, then click the "Active" button next to your hosting account domain, then click Change Password from the left menu.


Note: If you forgot your Happy Dog account or cPanel/FTP password and are unable to access your account, please open a ticket with us.
